I am thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service we received regarding an issue with my son's snowboard. He had purchased a K2 board (which he loved), but after just a handful of "rides" it cracked. He followed up with Chris Richardson and arrangements were made to send it back to K2's warranty department. My son then dropped the ball (as many teenagers do... I was trying to give him a life experience to address this issue on his own) and after 3 months of not following up, I had to step in. I was concerned too much time had passed, but was completely thrilled that with just one email I had resolution. What was more impressive is the follow up was with another Ambush rep named JT who was filling in for Chris as he was out of the office. Unfortunately, Customer Service has gone by the wayside in many businesses, but that is definitely not the case at Ambush Boarding Company. A company that stands behind their product is worth their weight in gold! It has been and will continue to be a pleasure working with Ambush on future purchases.

Ive lived in marietta my whole life and skated here a big majority as well! The last 3yrs ive been skating on an ambush deck...and its the best deck ive ever had! Ive snapped alien workshops, darkstar amorlites....but the most damage done to my ambush board is chips from bails...great deck! Great store! Friendly staff! I even used ambush boarding co for my work! I set up stages and needed grip tape for a catwalk for the beach boys! I got it all from ambush at an amazing price!
