Orders shipped using the U.S. Postal Service are estimated for delivery within 10 business days. However, sometimes it can take a while longer than that. Use this service at your own risk, as packages shipped via USPS are not traceable and are not insured. Orders shipped via the U.S. Postal Service must be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, or wire transfer. We cannot accept American Express payments if the order is being shipped with the USPS.
Order Tracking:
All orders with a valid email address will automatically receive shipment notification emails that contain tracking information for the order. This is your confirmation that your order has shipped.
Lost/Missing Shipments:
Lost or missing shipments must be reported to AmbushBoardCo.com within five business days of the expected delivery date. Should our shipping company show the lost or missing package as delivered, you will need to sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that the package was, indeed, not received by you. Any unreported lost or missing shipments are the responsibility of the customer and AmbushBoardCo.com shall assume no liability for unreported missing or lost shipments.
Damaged Shipments:
Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. It is important that you do not discard the damaged packaging. We will have the shipment carrier pick up the damaged package and we will send out a replacement when the damaged item is recieved and inspected at our warehouse. All damage claims must be reported within five business days of receipt of goods. Any claims reported after five business days are subject to denial.

"International MAP":
Certain select manufacturers require that any of their current year model gear being shipped outside of the USA be sold at what is known as the "International Minimum Advertised Price" or "IMAP" pricing. The "IMAP"or "International Price" includes Free FedEx International Economy shipping to most countries. However, in some cases, prorated shipping rates will need to be calculated by one of our sales reps in order to have your gear shipped to your country. Please note that IMAP pricing does not include any duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. Please contact us for a shipping estimate on your new gear!
Any Additional items on your order that do not fall under the IMAP policy will have prorated shipping rates applied to them. Any additional prorated shipping rates will be quoted and emailed to you for approval before we process and ship your order. Your order will automatically reflect IMAP pricing when you select a shipping location outside of the USA. If you plan on having your order shipped within the USA, your cost will revert back to "Our Price".
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask!
Canadian Orders:
You're in Luck! We offer Ground shipping rates to most Canadian provinces (Yukon & NW Territories extra). We are registered Non-Resident Importer with Fedex Trade Networks. This means that our Canadian custormers will enjoy the following benefits on all orders shipped to Canada via the FedEx International Ground service:
* Simplified invoicing.
* No hassle delivery.
* Lower cost of delivery.
All duties, taxes, cutoms, import fees, and brokerage fees are prepaid to us at a flat rate of $15.00 per shipment plus 20% of the invoice price... which we, in turn, remit to Canadian Customs. No longer will your gear be held up while you work out payment for the fees associated with bringing products into Canada. Your order will travel door-to-door as if it were being delivered to an address within the United States.
